Short courses
Short courses are perfect for students who want to focus on learning one medium at a time. These courses are individual modules selected from our long-term certificate programs. Upon completing all the required modules, students will be eligible to receive the relevant certificates.
Pencil 24 Classes

The Pencil Short Course is a structured curriculum consisting of 24 classes. Beginning with an evaluation of each student, the course covers various topics including methods and materials, light and shadow, perspective, still life, landscape, and the basics of portraiture. The course concludes with students creating an original composition. For age 5-9 Colour pencils are also included .

The Pen and Ink Short Course is a structured curriculum consisting of 24 classes. Starting with an evaluation of each student, the course covers topics such as methods and materials, tones and strokes, washes and techniques, still life, landscape, and the basics of portraiture. The course concludes with students creating an original composition.
For age 5-6, Ink in not included in the syllabus. They have explorations with sketch pens included in the curriculum.
